The
University has five faculties: Cardiff School of Creative and Cultural
Industries, Business School, Faculty of Advanced Technology, Faculty
of Health, Science and Sport, and the Faculty of Humanities and
Social Sciences. In September 2007 Glamorgan launched the new home
of the Cardiff School of Creative and Cultural Industries, ATRiuM,
a cutting edge learning environment in the heart of Cardiff.
All of Glamorgan's courses across the faculties are designed to
provide a balance of academics and work-related skills to give students
a real advantage in today’s competitive job market. The University
has been rated Excellent in 12 teaching areas in the national TQA
and is in the top 10 new universities in the UK. We have an excellent
graduate employment rate with 93 per cent of Glamorgan graduates
in employment or further study within six months of graduation.
The University of Glamorgan has the following scholarships for international
students: up to £2,500 per year for undergraduate courses,
£2,000 for postgraduate courses and £1,500 for the MBA
course. |

"Before
deciding on where to study, I decided to visit Glamorgan and take
a look at the Art Practice facilities. I was immediately impressed
not just by the facilities but also the friendly and helpful atmosphere,
which hadn’t been present at other institutions I had visited.
Coming to Glamorgan was the best choice I could have made; it has
an excellent standard of teaching and top of the range facilities." |
